What is Meb's?

In short an incredibly tasty, plant based, food truck.

Now for the life story. Meb's by Chef Meadhbh Halton, is a plant based business in Cork, Ireland. We do local farmers markets, private function catering and cooking classes. Meb.

Meadhbh trained as a chef in Cathal Brugha Street, Dublin , working in a few kitchens along the way including The Acorn in Vancouver, one of the top veggie restaurants in the World! After College Meadhbh moved down to Cork to work in Irelands own vegetarian haven, Paradiso. After a year there Meadhbh became the head Chef and decided Cork was the place to be. After three years it was decided the next moved would be a wee food truck, thus Meb’s was born, her very own, very shiny, food truck. The Menu is packed with flavour, with a wide range of items from Bánh mì' to doughnuts, that will leave you wannting more.

Meb's is a casual celebration of all things vegan and delicious!

It's Veg with an edge of "I can't believe it's not butter vegan!" Here to please your palate, belly and soul all in one sandwich, or whatever is on the menu that day.
